Jury

Koldo Serra. Graduated in Fine Arts, with Audiovisual as main subject, by Basque Country University.
Director of the shortfilms “Maternal Love” (1999) and “The witch´s train” (2003), with numerous International prizes. Last year he premièred his first feature film “The Backwoods” with the actors Gary Oldman, Virginie Ledoyen, Paddy Considine and Aitana Sánchez Gijón.
Responsible for video clips of groups like El sueño de Morfeo, Deluxe, Extremoduro, Doctor Deseo and Zodiacs. Foundation member of Arsenico P.C., together with Borja Crespo, Nacho Vigalondo, Borja Cobeaga and Nahikari Ipiña, with two nominations to the Oscar.

Luis Francisco Perez is Bachelor in Audiovisual Communication and member of the association of directors Atico (www.aticoweb.com). He´s been educated as scriptwriter and director by teathers as Toni Bestard, David Planell and Fernando Leon de Aranoa.
Its first shortfilm (Manolito Espinberg) won the Jury Prize in the 1st Fotogramas en Corto Festival. Luis Francisco participated in the previous edition of UNIFEST with the shorts “Strawberries with Cream” and “In Good Hands”. This last one won the AVID best Spanish shortfilm award.

Luis Mariano González Mazarrón is bachelor in Audiovisual Communication by Complutense University of Madrid. Member of the organisation committee of the Alcala de Henares / Comunidad de Madrid Film Festival from 1994, where he coordinates several publications and seasons, he became director in 1998.

In parallel way, he has realised tasks as editor of culture and film critic in several newspapers and as editor and film adviser of TV programmes such as “100% Cine”, in Telecinco, or “Cinemaspop”, in Antena 3 TV. As jury, he has participated in International festivals like the ones of Locarno (Switzerland), Guajanato (Mexico), Barinas (Venezuela) or Documenta Madrid.

Eduardo Cardoso Shortfilm maker and cinema teacher. He has directed shorts of fiction and documentaries. He directs since five years ago with Belen Santos the radio programme CINE CORTO (Radio Círculo), which deals exclusively with the shortfilm world.
Rafael Gómez. Senior Lecturer of the area of Audiovisual Communication and Publicity in Rey Juan Carlos University. He´s author of the books Analysis of the Image. Audiovisual Esthetic (Laberinto Comunicación, 2001), Archaeology of the cinematographic image: from the origins of the birthday of the photograph (Archiviana, 2002), Audiovisual Culture. Itinerary and breakings-off (Laberinto Comunicación, 2007) and coauthor of Madrid of Felipe IV. Cinematographic and literary analysis of Crónica del Rey Pasmado(Comunidad de Madrid, 1997), as well as several articles in magazines of the audiovisual field.
He has participated in different researches and conferences and he´s being jury in different film festivals (Complutense University, Antonio de Nebrija University, Guía del Ocio).
