Nacho Vigalondo/ Low Budget (Cabezón de la Sal, 1977) (Cabezón de la Sal, 1977) After a modest path as shortfilm maker, actor and scriptwriter for television, he was propelled into stardom when his short “7:35 in the morning” was nominated to the Oscar, in 2004. Scriptwriter of TV programmes as Big Brother, Vaya Semanita or Agitación + IVA. He has directed shorts like Crash, Code 7 and his first feature film: “Timecrimes” sold for it remake in USA.

Borja Crespo / Presupuesto Cero
(Bilbao, 1971) He started to write in fanzines, and afterwards he became part of Subterfuge´s team coordinating its division of comic & video. He has published in Rolling Stone, Leer, Belio, El Manglar, El Correo and other mastheads of Vocento group. His most outstanding shortfilm is “Snuff 2000” nominated to the Meliés d´Or as best European fantastic shortfilm. He has directed videclips for groups like Deluxe, Fangoria or El Sueño de Morfeo. Foundation member of Arsenico P.C. together with Nacho.

Xavi / Sala Presupuesto Cero
(Alicante, 1971). Nominated to the Goya 2006 Awards for the shortfilm Hiyad, with more than 30 nationals and internationals awards. He has worked as direction and production assistant, scriptwriter for cinema and television and advertising creative. He has directed the shorts “60 years old”, “Trunks”, “Parents”, ”Hiyad”, “In the High School” and “The Satellite Dish”.

Koldo Serra / Presupuesto Cero
(Bilbao, 1975) Graduated in Fine Arts, with Audiovisual as main subject, by Basque Country University. Director of the shortfilms “Maternal Love” (1999) and “The witch´s train” (2003), with numerous National and International prizes. Last year he premièred his first feature film  “The Backwoods” with the actors Gary Oldman, Virginie Ledoyen, Aitana Sánchez Gijón, Paddy Considine and Lluis Homar. Responsible for video clips of groups like El sueño de Morfeo, Deluxe, Extremoduro, Doctor Deseo and Zodiacs.

Ángel Gonzalvo Vallespi / Un Día de Cine
He works as an audiovisual communication teacher in IES Piramide in Huesca, where he directs from 1999 the programme of the Goverment of Aragon. A Cinema Day, school programme which works in the audiovisual teaching and in the personal growth of the students by the critical watching of the films. (www.undiadecineiespiramidehuesca.com)
Graduate in Critic and Esthetic of the Cinematography. He is also scriptwriter and director of shortfilms, both documentaries and fiction.

Manuel García Serrano / Unilandia
He studied Film in the Université Libre de Bruxelles and Université París X - Nanterre. In 2001 he constitutes the audiovisual production company Tus Ojos, with which he has produced several shorts and feature films with only one purpose: to direct a cinema which reflect the social reality and entail people to think. He has been teacher and coordinator of cinema an educational values courses in several universities and Spanish educational institutions.
